Hi, I’m Deb Kilty, a licensed massage therapist with over 17 years of professional experience helping clients reconnect with their bodies through skilled, intentional touch. I specialize in deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, and myofascial release, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals—whether that's relief from chronic pain, support during pregnancy, or restoring overall balance and mobility.

Beyond the treatment room, I’ve dedicated over 16 years to giving back to the massage therapy profession through volunteer work with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I’ve had the honor of serving as the Rhode Island Chapter President, and I’m currently proud to represent our community on the AMTA National Board of Directors.
